My 450c design jet cuts paper part way during printing.. I disconnected the cutting feature and still grabs it and cuts paper while keep on printing..anyone care to tell me how to address this issue? I should add it's only cuts up the page in roll mode... It will print maybe about 6" into the printing and will do it again as it prints. Unplugging the unit did not help either, wondering if a new main board would fix the issue
