HP L25500 Problem

My printer shows a substrate jam, but the carriage is hitting the print head service cartridge. The cartridge doesn't seem to be moving far enough back. I have changed the cartridge, but still having problem. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

I have taken it apart, cleaned line sensor, replaced print head maintenance cartridge, still m problem. The maintenance cartridge doesn't move far enough forward letting the carriage hit it.
