HP Latex 360 firmware/sleep

Hi guys,

Anyone else having issues with the 360 going to sleep? I keep getting an error message about the current firmware and if the problem persists to reinstall the firmware. I have done that 3 times but now the machine constantly wakes itself up from sleep or doesn't go to sleep. Have the latest version on Nexus installed fyi, from a usb stick with the install from the website.
