HP R1000 Print Size Issue

Ok odd one for us.

Onxy 19 > HP R1000

Image size is 9.25" x 112.75" in Illy, Artboard is set to graphic size.

Onxy see image size correctly.

IPS sees the image size as 10.25" W with an additional 1" of "White space" justified on the Left of the image. Top and Bottom are correct.

We've tried different file types, making sure no stray objects in the file etc.

Feel like I'm missing something simple. Puzzled!

Do not center the image in Onyx output.
Put the placement to "left". If this is not your problem then make sure you have no margins or anything in Onyx. That white space is coming from Onyx if you don't add margin in the IPS to that image.

Thx!! Justified Left had same deal but then went back and noticed 1" Offset so zeros that out and Viola!! Still have the out of parameter issue but going to reload substrate with Auto Measure off. Thanks for the help!!

If your image size is really tight, center it in IPS and select the "full bleed" option on the right side of the screen. It will allow it to fit.
Also if you sometimes want to change the auto measured size, just hit the material button and change the values, then hit apply on the bottom left side. That way you don't have to reload the sheet. If you press Load accidentally at that point, you are screwed.

Was actually printing with full bleed w option selected as we normally do, took a little bleed off and away she went!! Thx again.

yep size on printer IPS is affected by margin setup in onyx, but as for the "out of parameter" with auto measure on, it's because the machine will measure the board at 0.XX smaller. So for example if you are loading 18x24 coro, it'll read it as 18x23.89" or something. Thus out of parameter

What we do is load with auto measure on, then manually change the size afterward in the load menu.

You can also turn off auto measure if you're confident in your thickness measurements and drop pin locations if printing multiple boards at once
