HP T3500 skipping pages from pdf

When printing multi page PDF's the plotter randomly omits pages from the PDF to omit from plotting. Can't figure out any reason why other than an error when spooling up, but it has no error message and keeps right on printing with the next page of the PDF that was printed. We're having to check each set to see which pages are omited and then reprint them and place them in the correct place in the plan set. Let me know if anyone else has had this issue. Firmware says it's up to date. Downloaded the latest and tried a manual update also, which didn't fix it either. Windows 10 (64-bit) OS.
