HP5500 Printing To Small

I'm not sure how or what happened to my printer. I dont know if my 5 year old messed with something or what.
I send a image to my printer that is about 40" or so and it prints out about 12". Every file I send to test it it comes out very small and not the right size. I'm at a loss.

Anyone have advice?

How are you driving the printer? With the Designjet 5500, you have several options to direct production jobs to the printer, these include using:

a) RIP software
b) O/S driver (PC or Mac)
c) Embedded Web Server

Have you tried a different method to see what happens? You should be able to isolate the root cause of the problem.

Hope it wasn't your 5 year old. Child Labor will be on your a$$ before you can say Jimmy Crack Corn.

Rip is FlexiSign-Pro 10 with a PC running Windows 7.

OK, so if you send a small job through the EWS and it prints are the correct size, that points to the RIP as the source of the problem.

If it prints at the same (wrong) size, that points to a setting on the printer itself.
