HPGL error

I keep getting an HPGL-1 error whenever I cut. I have to release the vinyl and then reset before it will go off.

If you are using Cutting Master, you have to change it to GPGL. It's on the menu. All other cutting programs use HPGL.

not all, but most send HPGL commands. you should be able to find out the language your software sends, and make sure your plotter is set to receive it.
