I need a source for small printed polycarbonate pieces

The image below shows these 4" x 6" x 1/8" printed polycarbonate pieces, I could do them in house, but would rather sub them out if I can, 50-100 at a time.
The white circles are where I marked small holes that need to be drilled.
Does anyone have a vendor? I already checked with FireSprint.

As long as as it's clear... I would prefer it's somewhat flexible, but acrylic would probably be okay.
The holes are right at .125"

Have to look into it...but a 3mm bit can be located I'm sure. not a problem...we have a 4mm. How thick on the media? 1/8 or 060? Why not just PETG or similar?
