Can somebody help with this problem that I am having with my machine, the yellow color is on top of the other two colors. Look at the picture provided by the link. Thank you

That,s strange. Looks as though you are having some ink flowing over. I've yet to see this with the XC540s. I would replace dampers if you haven't already. Also check to make sure you don't accidentally have the yellow line going to the magenta head.
