ID Font help

Just cant seem to find this font... Found many close ones but not a perfect one. Just thought I would try here before choosing to do something else.

Oh Yeah... The font I need is the "Silver Spring" font. I know everything else.

Could it possibly be a version of Arroyo?

That does look close but then when I looked at a couple of the letters it is pretty off... could use it perhaps though but I am still gonna look...
