Need Help Incomplete Cuts Fc7000

Can anyone tell me what is causing my machine to cut like this?

I would start by checking the condition settings and making sure that the tool matches the blade you're using. Then check the blade, make sure it's sharp and swivels freely, but doesn't wobble. - you may need a new blade or blade holder. Look at the cutting strip and make sure there isn't a big rut in it. That usually will fix cut quality issues like this.

either blade holder not rotating freely, or offset incorrectly set.

Offset- setting too high. draw some "T"'s and reset to zero - then adjust from there.

Try the conditions are for pen or knife setting I've always have used 15 never had an issue.
