Getting inconsistent cutting pressure from one side of cutter than the other...

(.ie cuts all through liner on one side of the cutter) (.ie doesnt cut through the material on the other side of the cutter)

    Replaced blade...

check the transome bar or extrusion the blade holder assembly rides on,it may be bent or have shifted so one side is closer to the platen(cutting base with strip on it). also check the carriage wheels and the transome extrusion for debris that would cause the carriage to ride at an uneven level to the platen.

    Thanks!

    Thank you, Round Man....

After two weeks of crazy inconsistency, I think the problem was simpler than what we thought.

We simply weren't installing the blade holder correctly....

    Grrrrr....

Can't believe I missed the obvious!
