Hello, I recently had a head install on two different printers both jf 1631, the tech installed and said the head were aligned and they were not, so I paid him to come back and align them and he would not use the micro adjuster and I accepted his work and off he went and then ink began printing off again in a head or two. My concern it after some studying I got them aligned to the best I could with the naked eye but now they seem to be off again and slowly a head or two is off one way or the other. I am beginning to think this is an encoder strip issue. What are your thoughts? Seems odd it would be both machines right next to each other just cant stay aligned.
