DDP Yoga is like any fitness program (and life in general)--you get out of it what you put into it. I started doing it in April and have lost 3" off the old waistline. The best part is that I don't wake up with a backache anymore. Plus, I'm way more flexible and limber. It's a refreshing change from weight training and/or running.
