Need Help Is Graphitek still in business?

Is Graphitek still in business? We have been using them for 27 years. I sent 2 orders @ 3 weeks ago. Followed up with 3 emails. Made 5 calls in the 800 # this week - we finally determined we were talking to an off site answer service. No response via phone or email! Anyone know anything?

If you are referring to Graphtec; yes they are. We are a dealer for Graphtec and can order any parts for you. The new FC8600 series is so far the best cutter.

Correct - the company in upstate NY... I also tried their website - contact portal & just an automated response saying they would get back to me. That was on Thursday and still nothing... I guess i will be looking elsewhere!

I've been trying to get ahold of them as well. The last time I spoke to Al was on Jan 30, 2018 via email. I've been trying to contact them since then but haven't received a response.
