To have a gradient follow a distortion?

If I draw a rectangle, and add a gradient..........say from red across the bottom to yellow across the top.
If I arc the rectangle, the gradient stays straight.
I want the gradient to arc along with the rectangle.
    Is this possible?

    Thanks ahead of time.

If you're using Flexi, you can change the gradient style to a round one to achieve that effect.

In Illustrator there are tools to create gradient meshes which allow for more customized gradients.

Turn it into a bitmap and then distort it using Photo Shop, Photo Paint, or whatever bitmap manipulator you might have. There's other ways but this is by far the simplest.

Thanks Bob, Thats how I have done it for years. I was just trying to see if it could be done in Flexi.
I've only been using flexi for about a year, and sometimes I feel I know the program pretty good, and sometimes I feel I don't know Sh** about it.

Texas, I messed with it for a min, but quickly decided that was not the way to go.......Unless i'm missing something. By the time I zoomed out far enough to get the gradient circle big enough for the slight arc,.............Hell, I couldn't see the rectangle. lol
