JETI 3312 Solvent Rtl Big Problem!

Hi y'all!

Allright, got an old JETI 3312 Solvent Rtl and we have a big problem since many years. Gandi(now Agfa) Tech don't even know how to solve it...

The problem is random, can happen once or 113 times a day...
So, what's happening :
Start printing, then all of the sudden : either the supply or the take-up lose connection, sometimes both. So the media don't advance or advance way too fast...

Anybody here had the same problem?

does it have a rotary encoder similar to the 3360 from Vutek??

No rotary encoder... The problem come from the SST drive...

dear Jeee-p

try to update teknic SST amplifire programme and keep take up tension 40 and suppy 60 and please check the there might be air leakage in supply media shaft and becosue of that ur facing problem of lose connection, sometimes both plase check and let me know
