Job names not showing up

I upgraded our Flexi software to SP 5 3P Build number 3123.
Ever since the upgrade the job names do not show up.
The Job name tab is there but the coloumn is blank.
Any thoughts?

I reciently saw something in Flexi set up menu.
Ill check tomorrow and reply again.

Are able to send a job to print despite the name being blank? I haven't experienced anything like that before but I came across this thing in preferences (see attached). Take a look and see if that is checked.
