JV3 Dropping Color

My JV3 is dropping color after sitting. I put new capping tops on all the heads tried changing to the bigger dampers on one to test. No change. If I go into the #parameter check pattern and do a 720x720 100% on all the colors individually then go back and do a test print its almost all ok then. Any Ideas?
