JV33-160 problem print (about line less than 0.25 -> 0.1mm)

Hello I am beginner for Mimaki machine , just got it 2 week ago.

everything almost normal.

but only this print has a problem.

It about a same square line 0.1mm or less than 0.25mm.

In the picture you will see , I make circle , That it should print line , (Because it same line) (Because it square image same line).

I calling to seller 2 times with this problem.

1st staff come to my company and confuse with this , and after test more print and not fix , He try to print on his laptops , (and it have something change) , The hidden image change position.

(Hidden line on my Computer will hide same position) , (and his laptops change position of hidden line)

after more test , The 1st staff fixed this case by tell me to use Expand system in .AI and create out line before print for pass this before.

However I still confuse and serious for this problem why it hidden

then

2nd staff come to my company and confuse with this case also , but this staff tell me to export to .Tiff and print.

then I need to know Why .AI cannot print normal with this square line my image. , and Why another laptops hidden position change.
or Is it problem from Windows or Rasterlink version ? (However I try to use Rasterlink from the BOX and Rasterlink latest version it still happen same problem)

so you are trying a square box, and the horizontal lines are not printing?
it might not be a file or rip issue, I think it might be a printhead issue.

what does your test print look like? if you have missing lines in your test print, it might account for the line that you are missing.

does this problem repeat if your print at higher/lower pass rate/resolution?

image above i printed with 12 pass 1080 GPVC.
and I try again with 16 pass 1440 GPVC it not hidden same position , but hidden in another position.

Is it printhead issue ? I just bought this new machine 2weeks. and I have no problem when I print another image.
and Why If I export image .AI to .TIFF file , it printed without hidden.
