I have a JV33 and for some reason whenever i print from flexi from a file already made the black comes out greyish but if i click it reclick it on the color pallette or create something new with black it works fine. The printhead is fine and tests are fine so im wondering if this is a flexi bug. Just really odd that black prints fine on new artwork but any old file i have to go back select anything black and reselect black on color pallete again
