we have a Mutoh 1324 and Kona 1400, running Onyx 10.5
I'm running a 49" x 75" print on 54" Arlon cast 9 year wrap, with the matching gloss laminate, that is to be contour cut.
FYI - I have run lots of this type of job in the past without problems on the Mactac Gruv9 and Razor laminate products.
This run has a mid registration marks.
The corner marks seem to register OK, but when the EPOS tries to "see" the mid marks, it fails.
I've tried without lamination and have the same results
I've tried putting "magic tape" over the marks - same results
I've tried a smaller job with no mid marks and it cuts fine
I've done a EPOS registration
I've looked at the sensitivity of the sensor and the Black/White values check out as per the manual
Any advice or direction on this would be most helpful. I've got a pile of these sheets to cut, and need to get this job out
