L25500 Maintenance Code 87:02

Our printer and other L25500 local got this repeat error code but printer still working fine. Wondering HP will make new Firmware fix this problem. Local Tech told me to down grade firm ware I will do when I have time.

We replace belt and and felt pad already, but still have.
