L26500 Latex Printer.

Error Code 1.2:10

I have this error code on my printing machine, has anyone seen it before and if you have, let me know what you did for the work around or was it beyond on site repair and a tech had to be called in.

There is an issue with the ISS PCA system. Corrective measures would be:

1. Power off and physically unplug the printer for at least 3 minutes. Then power it on and see if the error reoccurs.
2. Check connectors to upper and lower ISS PCAs to ensure that they are all secure.
3 Swap ink carts to rule out the possibility of bad ink carts.
4. Last step is to replace the ISS PCAs.
