Suggestions Labels and material assistance

I do a lot of short-run labels and recently I've been having a lot of labels with a perforation in them, to act as a safety seal on a product. However unlaminated I find it's just a bit too thin for people and I also feel like 3.4mil is a bit thin for labels on vinyl. I've used 6mil General Formulations or Briteline stuff which is good but just a little thick. I know I'm probably splitting hairs here but this is a bulk of my business and I'm looking to find something in-between and that might work better for perforations through them.

Thanks!

I like to use the semi rigid vinyls. Something like General Formulations 220/221. I also use Avery 2611 although for shapes the GF weeds easier.
