Laminator question..Help is appreciated

We have a 60" dingtech and for some odd reason our dibond & coro skews when we try to run 8' sheets, does anyone have this problem or had it and fixed it?

How'd you fix it? Also how are you aligning your prints perfectly with the coro?

Our bottom roller had a couple sticky spots on it and that was causing a pull, so we cleaned it and it runs nice now, we still have about about a 1/16" skew but that is workable. To get our coro straight we actually over print by 1/4" or so so we have a bleed over & we also cut the ends on our down sizer to make them straight & that usually works.

why would the coro effect the rollers?

Well most of your full sheets of coro come with the flutes running 8' anyway so its not a problem.

Because of the corrugation you mean? In that case, no. We usually mount w/ the flutes.

Beware some brands used to have crooked sheets. If you measure end to end on both sides..you'll see what i'm talking about.
