Large Sign Hanging Hardware

Does anyone know the name and what hardware would be best for hanging large signs from wood beams such as the photo below?

I am assuming they are simple screw in anchors and those are just beam straps on the outsides for aesthetics?

That sign is not hanging. It has square tubing posts holding it up on the bottom. Those eye bolts are probably just to keep it lined up.
