Let's Try This Again... (sign hardware)

I posted a pic a customer sent yesterday with a sign in a frame, looking to locate the frame. I think I have narrowed it down and found something in the shop that is similar, but it is old and has no indication of where it was purchased. If anyone can help me identify and source these I would greatly appreciate it!

The parts are plastic sections that can be cut to different sizes, and there is a groove for the sign to fit in. The corners are separate pieces. There is also a groove on the outside so hanging hardware can be attached.

We have had that same product in our shop (though it was years ago) and I am fairly positive that it came from Hang Ups Unlimited (See Rick's link) under the E-Z Frame Accessories category
