we are using Avery ma1005 vinyl (wrap) and dol 1060 lam
letters are lifting and curling after print lam cut
also it seems that the vinyl is very stretchy.
this is full color to the edge of the letters
using a Roland sol jet pro IIv
sc-545e
and the versa works profile is for the same vinyl Avery graphics EU map1005
any one having or had this problem and possible if any has a fix

thanks in advance..

Do this all the time with IJ180cv3/8918 combo. If we allow it to air dry/cure overnight before laminating it doesn't curl.

My guess, you laminated too soon and trapped the solvent under the laminate, which will cause the symptoms you mention, curling and soft vinyl.

Sounds like it didn't dry enough before laminated. We find that letting it dry overnight then laminating works best when cutting into the printed colors.
