Locked wall sign - Framed Panel

Anyone recognize this? - Locked tight to the wall, I'm sure we need to have a tool to get behind it.

I have seen these with allen wrench fasteners on the bottom.

No fasteners showing, I'm sure its one of the locking systems, just not sure which manufacturer. Was installed by a company who is no longer in business....

Maybe a "z" clip? Did you try push "up" on the entire sign, Tapping it with your palm? It may just be friction fit. Put a little mark on wall to see if there is small progress while you tap.
