How are you calculating ink consumption and why do you think it is more than it should be? The reason I ask is because if your machine is using way too much ink, it may be a printer problem rather than a profile issue. The difference between 540x720 and 360X540 is minuscule when it comes to ink consumption. I did some rough math and it comes to about .0004 mL per sqft.

when i am using the ink estimator in flexi it shows 22ml of magenta which i understand that its a solid background color of red on a 3x10 banner but when i put in my 1324 with same profiles it shows 7 ml magenta.. I called flexi and they say its in profile by it showing it using 4 times more ink. I know different machine but i dont see 4 times more ink.
