Looking for alternative to cast metal plaques

Hello, I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions for a supplier that offers competitively priced cast or machined plaques. We are also looking for any alternatives to using cast metal, something that is a little bit more affordable. I read about cold cast plaques and things of that sort. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Gemini has precision tooled plaques.
I have seen two plaque side-by-side, they had same layout, one cast and the other precision tooled, I couldn't tell them apart.

we don't cast our plaques, we machine-down plate metal with our CNC. then either sandblast to smooth out the toolpaths, or add a texture coat.
