Looking For Software Or Utility

I am looking for a utility, or software
Not sure how to term it,
What I am trying to do is,

Print custom graphics on custom cnc routed plastics. I need to put 4-8 of the same item on the "platen" in the same location and have the printer print the graphic on each of the plastic.

Kinda like a label maker program for a sheet of labels or stickers. I need to be able to change the graphic and the location on the print area.

This will be on a flatbed printer.

Make sense?
So, what am looking for, what are those programs called?

Can't you use the cnc file as a template in Ilustrator?
You could even use the blank to position the cut objects.
Or am I missing something?

Ok so this is were I tell you,
ok had no idea I could do it with that method!
Can you tell I'm new and don't know much of anything. I just knew it could be done somehow.
