Arial Sucks.
I sub out my static billboard printing jobs to ABI Digital Solutions. They have a pretty good server setup where I can send layouts via FTP.

Another source is metro media technologies. Every billboard wrap I’ve ordered was great with very quick production time.

Circle Graphics in Colorado. They are the largest billboard printer in the country. They have always done good work for me.
