Looking for the FC7000 pen Flexible cable - or a parts machine for fc7000

I have a FC7000-160 that the flexible pen cable tore on. This is the gold colored cable under the black housing on the pen carriage assembly. Graphtec is telling me to just purchase the FC8600 because my machine is out of date and they are no longer making the parts for it(this has to be like a $.20 cable, but they want me to spend Thousands on a new machine). If you have a FC7000 that doesn't work I would be very interested in it for parts. I can be reached at 707-450-5682
