Hello,
We have an opportunity to purchase a medium use SSK DesignTech 60 cutting plotter. We are being asked for $1200 which would cover the cost of the cutting plotter, the computer, dongle, software, and some material (no monitor included). The unit has been around a while but appears in good condition. There are also a couple of knew "knives" for it. Since we are new to these types of machines and would only be using it in-house for doing logos for our trucks and equipment, we would love any input if this is a good move. We are not sure what can be purchased new in the market which could compete with this unit, but would love to know if you suggest this path for a first time cutting plotter purchase or if you suggest otherwise as this is somewhat outdated technology.
