Have a HP L26500 using Flexi 10 Firmware updated several months ago to 12, since then cannot read poll size from printer and the job prints short vertically anywhere from 1/2in to as much as 3''. HP tells me I have RIP and print problem SAi says I have a printer problem. Adjust size in the rip but it's a guessing game. Anyone had such a problem. My Fexi works fine for Graphtec 8600
