I want to create a CutContourline or an outline like done in this video.

select object
push the contour cut effect button.

i wanna do it without signcut.

I CAN do that in illustrator and have more control of path. Ever since we learn to do that it totally eliminated the use of flexi.

Use the contour tool or the border tool. That video shows an add on program being used.

Add a new layer (to make it easy to select things).
From the new layer select all your overlapping objects
From the Property bar select the "Create boundary" tool to add a single combined path around your objects.
With the new path still selected use the contour tool to add a single step contour to the outside.
Make it the distance you want the offset of your cut-line to be.
Break apart the contour
Delete the inner (original) path.
Done

Should be able to record this to a script and assign it to a single button if you use the same contour offset all the time.
