Manta Ray Boats font or logo.

Does anyone know what font this is? I am thinking it is tweaked quite a bit from the original...

I checked brands of the world and seeklogo and haven't located it, can anyone put me onto it?

The font looks like Charter Oak.

font looks like an altered SERPE D BOLD . maybe serpe d bold with a rounded outline applied ?
