I have Mimaki CJV30-160 with two problems were not exist before !
First problem
the machine was detecting the media without margins so i can print at all width (from right of first pinch roller to left of last roller)
but now after reset settings it detects media from inner edge of pinch rollers so i lose 2 cm from media 1 cm each end
i tried to change settings of left & right margins from zero to negative value but it can't be lower than zero !! any help ?
Second problem
when i use my machine as a cutter plotter only (without register marks) it cuts the file with 40% scale of it's size !!!
i send it file 100x100 and it resized the file to 40x40 when cut !!!
i cleaned the encoder strip with no result.
