We are wrapping a fun house barrel (turning type) and wondered about a material for this application that stands up better.
Before anyone mentions it, I am aware of the liability of vinyl on walking surfaces and the barrel has had vinyl on it for a few years now. In my opinion vinyl is no more of a slip and fall liability than paint with clear coat.
Currently its wrapped in avery 1105/1360 and its not holding up well to the foot traffic due to rocks and such stuck in shoe soles and just overall dirt and grime that gets tracked through it.
Is there a cast that may stand up better thats on the same price level as 1105?
Has anyone ever done double laminate? Or is this a bad idea?
