Matte Vinyl Banner Scratching Solution?

Printing on a 18oz matte banner material on a L280 and it scratches.
Any suggestions on a good spray over laminate or any other tricks to prevent this.

The manufacturer of the banner material? Either your not using a material for latex printing or you have something in your settings not correct. 8pass, 10pass, 12pass? Heat/Cure Temp. Need more to give you the appropriate help. Just saying the banner scratches doesn't help alot. Could be a number of things. Pictures are also worth a thousand words.

And nothing is going to be as cost effective as getting your profile correct and just printing it correctly so it doesn't scratch.
