Need Help Mesh banner hanging inside of shop window?

Hi, I have a question about mesh banner. If I hang it inside of shop window, is it working same way as pert. vinyl?

My client want to send graphic printing(fairly big size 44"x72") to their customer. They wanted perf. vinyl but I suggested them it would be very hard for their out of state client put those big graphics on a window unless they have some experience doing it. So I suggested putting banner inside window using suction cup but they still want see thru.
So If I use mesh banner for that purpose, can it be working same way as perf vinyl?
