Mesh Banner Material

We do large indoor mesh banners every couple of years (22'x26' and 15'x25') but I have had a hell of a time with seaming the panels.

We have tried:
Hem tape
Mega tape
Heat Weld

Does anyone have a good practice for seaming the panels that actually works? They take these banners up and down about 20 times per year.

I usually weld to get the panels aligned and then stitch over it for strength. The welds alone just dont hold well enough.
