Mimaki Cartridge Issue

So I have tried searching all over the forums and mimaki manual for the past 5 hours so I am hoping you guys can help me out.

I have my CJV30 for about 3 years not without any issues. I don't run it like crazy so I just do the usual maintenance stuff, wipers, nozzles etc.

But today when I went back to my office after the weekend (Friday-Sunday) the machine shows the message !Cartridge with 4 out of 6 colors showing issues.

So far I haven't found a definitive answer on my situation.

What's weird is that my white and silver are brand new and the expiration date is 3/17/2015.

So it can't be the chips... right?

If someone can help me that would shed some light on this situation that would be great.

Because the next step would be to call a service tech.

Hit enter in Local mode and it will cycle through some information about the printer. A couple of the items you will see will be about the ink. It should tell what the problem is and which colors are giving the problem.
