Need Help Mimaki CJV150-160 Printing Short Each Time

Need some help.

Our shop got a Mimaki CJV150-160 3-4 months ago. Everything was working fine.

However, recently all our prints are coming up short by a few inches.

For example, we just printed a banner that is suppose to be 33.25"w x 85.25"h.

But all the 4 banners we printed ended up 82.75"h, while the width didn't change.

Not too sure what's going on. Any thoughts? Any help would be appreciated.

You need to set Media Compensation Feed every other media type. Maybe set +60 for banner
