MIMAKI CJV30-60 Please help me

Hello everyone.
I need help.
I bought a Mimaki CJV30-60 used.
But it prints using Illustrator CS3 with Rasterlink 5SG.
The print will have a failure, as in the photo.
Was made several cleanings
Anybody know what could be the problem?

Hi
It appears to me that you head is blocked, do a nozzle soak overnight (turn off the power at the switch after you have set a time)
function , maintenence, carriage,down button then look for nozzle wash, follow prompts on screen.
