Need Help Mimaki Jv3 130 Sp2

Hello, I have ben a member here for a while and always find useful information and help when needed. I am having a problem with a Mimaki JV3 130 SP2. The machine will boot up and run through the start up cycle then ask to load media. The keypad LCD display works but none of the buttons respond when prompted load media or any other function. Replaced keypad and I/O board (Suggestions from Technicians) still no luck. Anyone here have this problem?
Much appreciation in advance if anyone can solve this problem.
