Need Help Mimaki JV3 130sp flashing not booting up

Good morning. I am having a problem with my machine. One of my transistors got fried. I removed the motherboard and changed the transistor and I put back the motherboard and the machine is now turning on. The problem is when I put back the FPC cables the machine was just flashing but if I remove them it switches on. I then traced all cables and realized that if I connect to slot MCN7 the machine does not switch on. I don’t know where the machine is short circuiting. Can you please help

The board just came from an electric store. It was tested and it worked but here the problem still persists. I think there is a short circuit somewhere right in the machine but I don’t know where to check
