mimaki JV33 Head Memory

powered on the mimaki JV33 and received a diagnostic message showing print head 1 memory 128mb.. i cant get past this screen. I have tried unplugging the printer for a while then plugging back in but still get the same screen.

Any idea on what to try next?

Either the head memory cable is unplugged, the memory is damaged, or the head is damaged. The head memory is attached to the head on the front. Make sure the cable is plugged in and doesn't have a ton of in splatter on it.
